Today, I bring that experience into rooms with entrepreneurs and leadership teams who are building something that matters to them.

My Story

I Know What It Feels Like to Hit the Ceiling

I started and led multiple businesses in the Midwest, most of them in fitness. I know what it feels like to have a business growing faster than your ability to lead it. You work harder, hold more, solve more, and eventually discover that more effort isn't the answer.

Reading the book Traction® changed the way I understood business.

In our first years running on EOS®, we launched and scaled a new fitness concept from zero to $4 million in revenue. Later, we brought what we'd learned back to my first business and used the same system to prepare it for a successful sale.

From these experiences, I learned EOS was more than a business tool. It was a way of managing human energy, and that a business can only grow as far as its people are willing to grow.

In 2019, I became a Certified EOS Implementer®. Since then, I've facilitated hundreds of sessions and walked alongside entrepreneurial leadership teams through growth, conflict, leadership transitions, acquisitions, exits, and all the ordinary messiness of building something with other human beings.

I've learned that the tools matter. But the conversations matter most.

My Worldview

The Crossroads of Tenderness and Strength

I'm the daughter of Brazilian and Ecuadorian immigrants who left a hard life behind to chase their wildest dreams. Today, I’m a first-generation Latina entrepreneur and a mom to three amazing kids.

Entrepreneurship, motherhood, culture, and language have shaped how I lead. I believe strength and softness can live in the same body. “A strong back, soft front, wild heart,” as Brené Brown puts it, borrowing from Roshi Joan Halifax. I bring that same emotionally intelligent and experienced posture into every room I facilitate.

For years, if you asked what I do, I would have led with my titles: EOS Implementer, teacher, facilitator, coach. In my own journey to know myself, love myself, and be myself while inspiring others to do the same, I've discovered a thread. The thread running through all of my work is creating spaces where people can slow down enough to hear themselves, tell the truth, make meaningful decisions, and move forward with greater clarity.
